1. Payment for 'Paid Memberships'
are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to ONE time payment for lifetime membership in 'F5M-Millionaires-Club',
all membership purchases are final and there are NO REFUNDS as per your agreement in the form that
you have electronically signed. If you have paid your membership through the Credit Card, you can not ask for refund or a
charge back. Violators will be aggressively prosecuted as felony credit card fraud prosecuted by the club's power attorney
and/or submitted to collection agency of their origin.
2. I am of legal age
in the province, state or nation of my residency. I agree that I am an independent member and representative of 'F5M-Millionaires-Club',
but not an agent or employee of the 'F5M-Millionaires-Club'. I am responsible for determining my own business activities and
for the payment of all income taxes and any other tax required under any federal, state or regulatory taxing agency.
3. The amount you earn
from F5M-Millionaires-Club's Wealth System is dependent on your own efforts and the efforts of others. Club makes no guarantees
of the amount of money that can be made from your membership.
4. I agree that as a 'F5M-Millionaires-Club'
member, I shall place primary emphasis upon the sale of the membership product. Permissible Member sales aids and services
purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in states laws regulating business
opportunities.
5. All income and/or commissions
that are due to you from club's money earning 'Wealth System' are paid by online methods through and automated process that
is in place with that opportunity. Your earnings are paid directly to you from income sources that you belong to and
not from the club. It is your responsibility to have the proper payout processor in place that is associated with the source
that will provide you income.
6. DO NOT SPAM. Spamming
is immoral, illegal and annoying to others. Please do not advertise your 'F5M-Millionaires-Club' by Spamming. Club has a strict
Anti-Spam policy and we take this very seriously. By joining you agree that you will comply by this Anti-Spam Policy. Where
spam is reported or suspected, you agree that we reserve that right to terminate your membership.
7. Make sure you enter
a VALID email address and that you keep it up-to-date with club's events, notices, changes or any important updates. Make
sure you add f5m.millionairesclub@gmail.com to your email filters to make sure you can receive our email.
8. 'F5M-Millionaires-Club'
promises to keep Your personal information private. We will not sell Your personal information to anyone.
9. 'F5M-Millionaires-Club'
provides the following fulfillment to its Members: Marketing website linked with automated responder, support, guidance, club's
trainings and seminars, special events and meetings.
10. I am responsible for
supervising and supporting Members I introduce into the club. I agree to maintain monthly communication and support them by
way of any of the following, or combination thereof: emailings, personal contact, telephone communication, written communication,
and attendance at Member meetings.
11. I will not make false
or misleading statements about 'F5M-Millionaires-Club' membership or false display of payments received from the club's
Wealth System.
12. I understand that
my Membership position can be inherited or bequeathed, but can not be transferred or assigned during my lifetime without written
consent of the club which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
13. This Agreement shall
be deemed in effect upon its receipt and acceptance by the club. 'F5M-Millionaires-Club' IS BEING PROVIDED TO MEMBER "AS IS"
WITH NO WARRANTY OR ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE.
14. Violation of our terms
and conditions will result in the immediate termination of your membership in F5M-Millionaires-Club.
